BC's new curriculum presents some challenges for designers of online courses. BCLN continues to evolve resources to help you meet the goals of the new curriculum. In this session, we’ll discuss ideas and strategies in place to accomplish this.  We will demonstrate some tips to help you modify/create courses that build critical and creative thinking skills to enable personalization and active engagement.

Attendees will learn about existing plans and help mold future strategies.  We'll discuss general goals and hit specifics in each topic area (in break-out groups).
Co-presenters: Kari Daniels, Toni Kormish, Nick Smith, Fiona Graham, Clint Surry, Glen Stiven, Francis Tsen, Laurie Mitchell, Craig Simmons, Bruno Vernier, Jodie Reeder
